Wei Gao Group Raised over HKD1.7 Billion from Share Placement

Currently, Weigao Group has signed a share offering agreement with a placing agent to offer 85.624 million H-shares to institutional investors at a price of HKD20.6 per share, accounting for 3.8% of the total issued share capital as enlarged by the placement. Weigao Group has raised HKD1.736 billion from the share placement, equal to RMB1.456 billion.
