   The "system" applies to outgoing personnel, personnel stationed abroad, including various types of personnel on business and marketing staff. Before going out, personnel outside immediate should explain trip purpose, time (round trip), transportation, emergency contacts (relatives) contact travel to their superior; personnel outside can not be on schedule to return, try to notice direct superior the first time. According to the company policy for a good work-related injury insurance procedures, when personnel outside in a long time had an accident, direct superiors and peers colleagues can directly handle the relevant procedures, contact the family members of the personnel outside, report injuries to the labor department in a timely manner, and protect their legitimate rights.

Personnel outside should strictly comply with the regulations of the carrier transport, the car is not too late, and select operating qualified regular taxi, when get off, pay attention to asking for the car credentials. When living, select fully qualified, reputable hotel, and then open the door after verifying the identity of the visitors to avoid the occurrence of fraud, robbery and other illegal violations.
