On May 14, sponsored by Affiliated Hospital of North China University and presented by Weigao Management School, the opening ceremony of "Affiliated Hospital of North China University Nursing Management Training Project" was held in Jilin City. More than 200 people including Director of Jilin City Health Bureau of Medical Affairs Wei Mao, Director of Science and Education Department Wang Wenjun, Director of Jilin Medical Association Wang Min, Party Secretary of Affiliated Hospital of North China University Xiang Deming, President Sun Boqian, Party Deputy Secretary Xu Luping, Vice President in charge Xue Haogang, Dean of nursing in charge Wang Aiping, General Manager of Weigao Medical Products Company Song Xiushan, Vice President of Weigao Management School Wang Chong, General Manager of Medical Products Company Heilongjiang region Sun Qingdong, Manager of Jilin Office Zhang Jianhai, Lecturer of Weigao Management School Qi Xiaoling, Managers of Affiliated Hospital of North China University departments and clinical department, as well as the media reporters attended the signing ceremony. Wang Aiping presided over the signing ceremony. Sun Boqian and Song Xiushan addressed successively and signed a cooperation agreement. Sun Boqian and Sun Qingdong inaugurated for the opening ceremony.
Affiliated Hospital of North China University was founded in 1958 with a long history, and is a three grade general hospital of health care, teaching, research, prevention, care and other functions. Hospital adhered to the idea of "patient-centered, brand development", "Talents develop hospital, Quality sets up hospital, Technology strengthens hospital," and make " boundless love, good virtue" as a spiritual pillar and power source of the hospital, relied on strong technical strength, advanced medical equipment and excellent service levels to be known inside and outside the province. In 2011, the hospital was granted resident doctors standardized training base by Jilin Province Health Department. In 2012, the hospital was approved Jilin single "Center for Reproductive Medicine."
Sun Boqian said in his speech, the cooperation between Affiliated Hospital of North China University and Weigao Group, was not only major measure of Affiliated Hospital of North China University emancipating the mind, seeking truth and being pragmatic and innovative, but also history testimony of friendship between the two sides over the years. This powerful combination will greatly improve the level of hospital care and contribute more to Jilin City health development, healthy of people in future.
Song Xiushan said in his speech, Weigao Group did not forget to play the role in the development of corporate and social responsibility, and actively contributed to building a harmonious society. Enterprises should establish spirit of making full use of wealth and returning society. Actively participating in social medical career, promoting the harmonious development of society should be Weigao’s choice. The nursing management project strengthened cooperation between Weigao and Affiliated Hospital of North China University, and the two sides wrote a new chapter for the development of Chinese Nursing Management.
Managers who participate in the training have said that as a nurse manager, they should not only have excellent professional quality and analysis innovation, but also have high management ability, master management skills, in order to improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness. They also said that in future work, they should try to apply new management concepts and techniques to manage the care team, encourage the enthusiasm of nurses and arouse nurses inspire enthusiasm for the work.
